Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
You may request an exchange if:

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received the wrong size or wrong product.

The product does not match your order.
Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy
We only offer refunds if:

You receive a damaged or defective product and a replacement is unavailable.

You receive the wrong item and we are unable to provide the correct replacement.
Please note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
Missing Item Claims
If any item is missing from your parcel, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
