At UH Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • You received the wrong size or wrong product.

  • The product does not match your order.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product and a replacement is unavailable.

  • You receive the wrong item and we are unable to provide the correct replacement.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

Missing Item Claims

If any item is missing from your parcel, please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
