7-Day Return Policy

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact UH Fashion within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with you.

• Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, UH Fashion will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
